Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
The short version
Let’s Hey is a tool for making a shareable digital calling card and collecting people who want to stay in touch. Use it for good, don’t break the law, and we’ll do our best to keep it running. Below is the longer version.
Using Let’s Hey
You can use Let’s Hey if you’re old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13). You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. If you’re using it on behalf of a company, you’re confirming you’re allowed to accept these terms for them.
Your content is yours
Your card (your name, bio, links, photos, and everything you type) stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so your card can be shown to the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
The people who sign up
When someone joins your list through your card, their details are collected for you. You’re responsible for handling those contacts properly: only reach out to people who’d expect to hear from you, honor unsubscribe requests, and follow the marketing and privacy laws that apply to you (like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL). Let’s Hey is the tool; how you use the list is on you.
What you can’t do
Please don’t use Let’s Hey to impersonate someone else, post illegal or harmful content, spam people, harvest data you weren’t given, break or overload the service, or get around its limits and security. We can suspend or remove accounts that do.
Free and Pro
The free plan gives you one card. Pro unlocks multiple cards, segments, and more, billed as a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account, you’ll keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t generally give refunds for time already billed, but reach out if something went wrong and we’ll be reasonable. Prices can change, and we’ll tell you before a change affects you.
Availability
We work to keep Let’s Hey up and improving, but it’s provided “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit every purpose. Features may change or be retired over time.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. When your account ends, we’ll remove your content within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Let’s Hey isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose (or, if you’re on the free plan, to a small nominal amount). Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll update the date above and, where it matters, give you a heads-up. Continuing to use Let’s Hey after a change means you accept the new terms.
