Let’s hey.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

The short version

We collect the little we need to run Let’s Hey: your account email, the card you build, the contacts who choose to join your list, and basic usage stats. We don’t sell your data or your visitors’ data. Here’s the detail.

What we collect

  • Your account: the email address you sign up with, and a password if you set one.
  • Your card: whatever you put on it, including name, bio, links, contact details, photos, and settings.
  • Your signups: when someone joins your list, the email and any answers they give. This is collected for you (see below).
  • Usage:lightweight counts like card views, QR scans, and link clicks, so you can see what’s working. We don’t build advertising profiles.
  • Payments: if you go Pro, our payment processor Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run your account, show and share your card, collect and display your signups, process Pro payments, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. That’s it.

Your visitors’ data belongs to you

The people who sign up through your card are yourcontacts. You decide what to do with them; we just store the list on your behalf and hand it back to you (including CSV export). That also means you’re responsible for telling those people how you’ll use their details and for following the privacy laws that apply to you.

Who we share with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that make Let’s Hey run:
  • Supabase: database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Stripe: subscription payments.
  • Vercel: hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. That’s the essential one. We don’t use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a card and its content goes; delete your account and we remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except anything we’re legally required to keep. You can export your signups anytime from your dashboard.

Your choices

You can view and edit your card and account details anytime, export your signups, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or remove your personal data, email us and we’ll help.

Security

We use reputable infrastructure and sensible safeguards to protect your data. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take it seriously and design to limit what’s exposed.

Children

Let’s Hey isn’t meant for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let you know where it matters.
